This is now the 2nd pair of heated gloves I purchased. The other brand was approximately the same cost but was a very poor build quality. They started falling apart the 2nd time I used them. That pair was returned.I waited until I could use these Iheat gloves many times in all weather conditions before formulating an opinion.I feel I have a good understanding of their value at this time.This product is extremely well built with strong reinforced stitching and attention to detail.Even with the batteries installed they are comfortable to wear.With that being said I was torn between 4 or 5 stars. I decided on 4 stars because even though the gloves warm up good, I would not call them toasty in very cold weather. Maybe it's just the fact that I'm now an older guy with poor circulation. I do believe this pair is slightly warmer than the poorly built brand.Overall I recommend this brand. I believe they work as well probably as gloves that are priced at hundreds of dollars.NOTE: I was offered a discount in exchange for this review.Hubby is pretty happy with these. He has poor circulation in his hands and they are always cold. These gloves seem to keep his hands pretty warm while he clears the snow off our very large driveway. He says these are just the right temp. His hands are warm but not so hot they are sweaty.UPDATE: After using about 6 times one of the gloves won't stay on now. Hubby is really disappointed because he really liked them but he only used them for snow removal so they didn't have 12 hours on them.I have had battery heated gloves before (my new dog ate them). Unfortunately, these aren't as flexible - meaning it is hard to use your hands for anything because these are quite rigid. Also, the battery is very small and doesn't last very long.These work well. Will be clearing the drive again tonight. My hands will be warm. Batteries seem to last a good while. Depends on how high you keep the temp. Overall battery life is a mystery at this point though. Glad I bought these gloves.The item is pictured as black with red flames, the item received has no flames as pictured. They are plain black. Otherwise they are warm and comfortable. The do not work on my phones touch screen. Very disappointed.Having fun snowboarding and sledding can only last as long as you are comfortable. Getting cold hands means ending the fun early. Well, we don't have to worry about that anymore now that we have these heated gloves! It almost makes me forget that I'm in the snow! They are easy to charge and wear. They stay hot at three different levels you can choose from. I'm impressed with quickly they do heat up. The gloves are comfortable and waterproof so they are perfect for winter sports.I always seem to have cold hand and never really figured out why but these gloves have made the problem a non issue. The batteries last long on the low setting if it isn't too cold and can go for multiple uses. They are only available in a large size and I wish there was a medium option but didn't find one available. Since they're heated though I still found them warmer than my expensive head gloves.I have trouble keeping my hands warm on bike rides in cold temps. I just did a 27 mile ride at 25 degrees and the iHEAT gloves did a great job of keeping my hands warm. When standing still at 25 degrees they were too warm and I turned off the heat. I plan to use them for ice fishing when the temps can be sub-zero.
